According to reports from the Korean media at that time, risk orders are usually given when the customer's requirements are not 100 percent met. If the requirements can be met within the specified time, the official order will be obtained; but if it is not within the specified time To solve the problem of the product, and then want to enter the supply chain, you need to start the relevant application from the beginning.

With the deepening of the report, foreign media said in the report that BOE is planning to supply a 6.06-inch OLED panel for Apple's new iPhone 13 series for the standard version of the iPhone 13. The price is 5999 yuan.

In the report, foreign media also mentioned that BOE is currently on their B11 production line to manufacture OLED panels planned for iPhone 13. BOE's B11 production line originally planned to produce OLED panels exclusively for Apple, but the yield rate was low. Therefore, BOE also shifted its B7 production line to the production of OLED panels.

It is still unclear whether BOE can 100 percent meet Apple's requirements to supply OLED panels for the iPhone 13. However, foreign media said in the report that it usually takes 2-3 months to complete the panel production. Therefore, even if BOE gets an official order from Apple, they may only supply a small amount of OLED panels for the iPhone 13.
